RTIS is happy to undertake bespoke work in the area of business database and management information solutions.

All of what have become our configurable products started out this way. We therefore have experience in capturing requirements and building a solution which will make your life easier. Often our clients have scoured the market of out-of-the-box solutions and found they do not cover all of their needs. Then they come to us for a bespoke solution. It may be that you can see how our other products offer some capabilities you need, and you may even wish to point at certain components or functions, knowing that is what you want but made relevant to your business. On the other hand, you may be envisaging something quite different. Although not shown in the configurable products list the whole area of Web enablement is one we are developing all the time.

We generally use an iterative development process with our bespoke clients, which means that your initial specification does not have to be a many-paged document which details what you want down to the last detail for us to start work.

We are told that we are good at thinking about the solution to the business problem, rather than just thinking about coding, and that is a good description of our general approach.
