The RTIS Contact Manager is a relational database for use in recording contacts, their activity and your various communications with them. It has a number of features which automate workflow, such as generation of mailing lists, mail merge with Word and sending e-mails, and task prompting. This module can operate as a stand alone product, or with other RTIS modules can exchange data from other areas of your business, such as quoting and invoicing. Similarly, data can be exchanged with other aspects of your IT system where necessary.
Contact Manager is a configurable product. This means we design the application according to your business process using our existing components to provide a quick solution. However, like all our products it is also fully extensible, which means we can provide additional functionality according to your needs. It is a multi-user system, with passwords and user permissions to field level, designed to run on a single or networked Windows PCs.
For the sake of demonstration the examples here are of Contact Manager being used by a charity, but the same components have been configured to meet other organisation's needs.

The Contact Manager's front menu leads to as many different 'Streams' of the data, organised around job roles or business areas, as you need. The data in each Stream has its own List Management and typically interlinks/navigates to other Streams at detail level where the data is related - for example, contacts to mailings or, with a charity, donations, and vice versa.
The typical user of this system is one who has recognised a need to utilise a relational database in managing their contacts. There are many contact managers on the market.
