RTIS, Credit Control and Financial Accounting

We have experience in providing bespoke credit control systems and addressing general management accounting issues.
A typical scenario for management accountants is where you find yourself with a growing number of spreadsheets where the entities on those spreadsheets relate to each other - i.e. you really could do with having the data in a relational database. Possibly, you have already moved the data into an Access database or similar, but you want it to work harder for you by adding functionality. It is not unusual to have a fantastic financial accounting system which does not do half the things you need it to do when it comes to management accounting.
Normally, RTIS solutions are provided in the context of an existing accounting system, but where the users of this system want further functionality and control designed to their own precise requirements. In cases where the accounting or other system can not provide, (either because of capability or cost) what users want, RTIS have provided a solution. Typically, our software will write to and from the accounting or management system.
Since we are programmers rather than just software vendors you can design exactly what you need - you are not being asked to fit in with an existing solution. This means having exactly the screens your job roles need, with exactly the functionality each user requires. You tell us what the software does, we don't tell you.
Most businesses have things specific to them which are not entirely met by large systems. You may need a different screen design, a particular analysis and presentation of data, the application of particular business rules or calculations, or you may need to seek efficiencies from workflow issues such as document automation or task prompting etc.
