Management reporting is a central aspect of any system, and we regard this as an important component in our requirements gathering. There is not much point in putting data into your system if it is not telling you what you want to know in return.
Where ever possible we can automate the reporting process to take some hours out of your week. Alternatively, our List Management interfaces allows you to interrogate the data in a more flexible manner, and here we provide report templates while you control the record querying and therefore report content. In addition to providing report templates based on your designs we can also supply a report writer so that you can add your own.
You may wish to intercept a standard report, edit it and perform further analysis, and then insert it into to a presentation or document. For this reason all our reports can be exported to common file formats such as Word, Excel, Portable Document Format and HTML.
Similarly, our reports can be linked to your e-mail or fax program so that you can send them on to a colleague or client quickly as e-mail attachments of various kinds or as faxes.
