Home Company Profile Sectors The RTIS Approach

RTIS is distinctive from many other software companies of similar size in that it does not specialise in one niche market sector. Instead, we feel that we can address the needs of any enterprise, but particularly those needs which are not met by the 'out-of-a-box' or 'configured' products already marketed to your sector. Partly because we do not specialise, we do not think we know how you should run your organisation. Our software makes no such assumptions - you tell us what is does, not the other way around. The hardest thing about making software is understanding what you need, and RTIS is experienced in taking a commonsense and thinking approach to requirements gathering.

For this reason we get requests from clients who for whatever reason did not have everything they needed; some were using very little in the way of IT and some had invested millions in big-name systems. Whatever your needs, please give us a call for an informal discussion.

What remains constant is our solution-based value-for-money approach. Wherever possible we can provide solutions which incorporate components we already have. But we are not limited by those, and can always respond to your particular needs with bespoke programming. The one thing we do not do is straight accounting software as this seems best left to specialists, but we can link in with your accounting package to provide an integrated solution.

RTIS has worked across a variety of sectors, which fall into the following broad categories.
